I am going on my eighth year of employment with Thomson Financial as a Technical Account Manager supporting realtime datafeeds. While I have been in the same position of Technical Account Manager with TF since early 2003, my career has been far from stagnant, as it may seem with the consistency in title. In the last three years, I have be responsible for the migration of dozens of customers accounting for millions of dollars in revenue from legacy to next-generation platforms. And since early 2006, I have also been responsible for detailed software troubleshooting on proprietary UNIX applications. I've definitely been learning a lot.

Prior to my current employment with Thomson, I spent five years with Ameritech Cellular, which became Cingular Wireless, now AT&T Wireless. When I left Ameritech, due to uncertainties around being acquired by SBC Corporation (now AT&T), I was managing the national roaming operations group for Ameritech/Cellular One Midwest with responsibility for seven direct reports.

From 1999 to 2005, I completed three information technology certificate programs and a Master's degree in Information Technology and Management at Illinois Institute of Technology. My group security final project GRATIS is still shown on the IIT website.

I have been providing world-class customer support, technical troubleshooting and people management throughout my entire career, and expect to build on these skills into a longterm management position.
